These Oat Grass Seeds produce sprouts and grass packed with vitamins and minerals. Grow this superfood easily all year round. A good source of vitamins A, B, C, E & K, they also contain minerals and up to 30% protein. Superfoods in powder or supplement form are readily available over the counter, but if you’re looking to achieve maximum results you can’t beat freshly grown oat sprouts and oat grass.

Traditionally oats have been consumed as oatmeal and oat bran, however oat sprouts and oat grass have become increasingly popular in recent years. Sprouting oats are added to salads etc., and oat grass grown for pet consumption or cut and juiced – add fresh fruit juice for added benefit.
