SALES TERMS
The word (you) applies to the customer The law of England shall apply to this Agreement irrespective of the place of delivery. Please find our Terms of Business below, which clearly set out what we will and will not do when we supply our 
products to you.

Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
These Regulations give the consumer the right by law to a 7 day ‘cooling-off period’ during which you can change your mind about buying once you have seen the goods. In practice this means that you have 7 days after receipt of the goods to return them at your own expense and get a full refund of the cost of the goods.This does not include our postage costs that have incurred. You must notify the seller within 7 days of receipt in writing, by letter, fax or email (telephone is not enough) of your intention to return goods and they must be returned in good saleable condition.

Pillows and Cases
For health and hygiene reasons we are not able to accept returns on these items unless unopened and sealed in original packaging or if faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Goods, Delivery Delays and supply errors
In the event of any goods supplied being faulty or arriving in a damaged condition, or errors in processing orders, or delays in delivery, please email us, or telephone. All complaints will be dealt with immediately and any remedial action taken will be fully explained by phone or email on the same day if possible. Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or a refund made (including the cost of any return postage), at our discretion. In the event of the wrong goods being supplied in error, we will refund the cost of returning them to us. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Currency All prices are in GBP (British Pounds). Prices All prices stated on our website are the prices you will pay. Delivery costs are automatically added to your shopping basket. Customer service All the items will be carefully labeled. Placing your order All orders are offers to buy, which will not be accepted until we have taken payment for said order. You can place your order in several ways. Through our online SSL secure ordering system, e-mail or post. We cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by failures of any of the above methods. We confirm all orders back to you.Size’s Each page on our site shows standard sizes and the dimensions. But we reserve the right to change the size, weight and shape of any of the products on sale for safety or other reasons.

Shipping

The delivery prices shown in the basket are for mainland UK only. We are sorry but this does not include islands or the highlands of Scotland. You can place your order online for delivery anywhere. This includes overseas and we’ll get back to you if there is an added cost to the final UK price that the site gives you.

Express Shipping within 48 Hours Orders to be made by 12 noon (shipping zone A only see map below )
No delivery are made on a Weekend end (Saturday and Sunday)

UK Express Delivery is unavailable when delivering to the following locations (however UK Standard Delivery is):

  • The Isle of Wight
  • The Isle of Man
  • Northern Ireland

We will normally ship orders out within 3 to 5 working days of taking payment for them. Special orders, custom items, out of stock items may take longer. At busy periods we reserve the right to extend the dispatch period. We will always give an estimated dispatch date when we confirm an order. We cannot be held responsible for delays of goods in transit or in customs howsoever caused. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes and we do not operate any C.O.D. systems. A email with tracking details will be sent so you can track the goods if you don’t receive please contact us. WE CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY GOODS RETURNED TO US IF UNDELIVERED. A SHIPPING FEE WILL NEED TO BE MADE TO RESEND. If an order is late wait 7 working days from getting the order confirmation then you should e-mail or phone us to instigate an inquiry. Dependent on the method of shipping a tracking number may or may not be available. Wherever possible we will make every effort to locate your parcel and effect delivery. A signature from the delivery address, will be taken as proof of delivery. Some deliveries are signed in by the deliver, (we trust all our delivers) You may be carded if the deliver is unable to leave the item or get a signature. It is then up to you to contact the deliver within 5 working days.
We are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays so please allow an extra working day for this.

Returns
and Exchanges Please double check that you have ordered the correct item before you send your order and when you receive the order confirmation. Alterations must be notified within 24 hours. Alterations/cancellation at a later stage or returns, will incur a 10% handling charge plus additional carriage. If we have taken payment by card and we have to refund you using your card details again, this will incur a 10% refund charge. Custom made products are not returnable or refundable. Before returning goods you must contact us by phone or e-mail to obtain a returns reference number. If you do not contact us before returning your goods, they may be returned to you and you may be charged for return shipping costs. The goods must be in the original sale able condition, they must be unused and not washed or damaged in any way and in the original packaging. The goods must be dispatch to reach us within 7 days of receipt by you of the goods.(PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU WRITE OUR ADDRESS ALL OVER THE PRODUCT PACKAGING THEN THE PRODUCT IS NO LONGER IN RESALEABLE CONDITION AND YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.) The customer is responsible for the safe return of goods to us and is responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit. We recommend all goods should be returned to us using a standard signed for delivery service. We will refund you for the cost of the goods only or we will exchange for comparable goods within 21 days. If you return goods that are used, washed or damaged in any way you will be charged for the packing and shipping costs of returning the goods to you.

Warranty All products supplied are warranted for 30 days from date of receipt for stitching and workmanship. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear, damage, mistreatment or damage due to washing, over heating or any kind of miss use.

Payment We relay on trust and our honesty and ask that you pay for all goods before delivery. We Accept VISA, MasterCard, EUROCARD, DELTA, SWITCH, SOLO, Electron, Direct Bank Transfer, personal Cheque and Postal Orders. We reserve the right to make any inquires we see fit to ascertain the validity of Credit Cards other payments and to refuse any Payments. You may be asked to provide additional information to validate card purchases. When you agree to pay for goods this does not mean we agree to send any goods. Ordering and Cancellation of Orders You can cancel an order at any time. This must be done in writing. i.e. E-mail, Fax or by post with signed for delivery. We will refund the full cost of the goods on the return of them to us by you if the goods have already been sent out to you. If goods are unwanted at time of delivery you may defuse to sign for them. They will then be returned to us by the courier at no cost to you. All orders are offers to buy, which will not be accepted until we send out an e-mail to you to that effect. You may be subject to local taxes and duties of which we are unaware levied in your country. You agree that it is your responsibility to ascertain such taxes and duties. If you are purchasing from a country outside the EC (European Community) then you are responsible for ordering and paying for the cost of our providing a Phytosanitary certificate from DEFRA, Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs. Items shipped without a Phytosanitary Certificate are done so at your own risk We reserve the right, in the event of the seeds or other product(s) ordered being unavailable, to substitute alternative items of equivalent value and price. In such event and if you decide to cancel within your rights under our Terms & Conditions and/or under the provisions displayed on this page, and unless they had not previously been agreed by the customer as an acceptable replacement, in which event only the cost of the return of the goods shall be borne by NN. VAT (Value Added Tax) is included in our prices, but will be DEDUCTED from Orders delivered outside the countries of the EU (European Union), and also paid for from outside the EU We will NOT DEDUCT from non-UK EU businesses giving their VAT Registration numbers, delivered within EU but outside the UK. It is up to said businesses to reclaim this themselves.

Customer Privacy Customer details are kept in compliance with the UK Data Protection Act. We do not make any customer details available to anyone else – ever.
